Woody Bibens & Associates is a small company that thinks big!  Our culture is one of “can do” perfectionism.  We’re dedicated to our clients and we’re incredibly determined.  We work locally, nationally and internationally and bring the experience, education and determination necessary to help our clients succeed regardless of geographic scope.  
 
Guiding our work is our belief that “good enough” is never satisfactory. We believe that everything can be improved over time and that the most important aspect of our job is to always seek ways for companies to continually improve. In addition to working with successfully managed, strong companies, we also enjoy bringing our hard-working determination to change management projects and working to radically restructure and reposition companies and not-for- profits to help ensure relevancy and success in the coming years and decades. Consequently, we appreciate a good challenge and the success that is achieved by meeting and overcoming each of our clients’ challenges!
 
Our culture is incredibly staff-focused.  After all, the work we do demands an incredibly experienced, well-educated and hard-working staff.  Our four full-time staff people all bring different strengths and experiences to each of our clients’ projects and together we make a very strong team. Sarah founded the company 23 years ago and brings a vast amount of experience and management skills to the team.  She is joined by three younger full-time staff.  Lisa is our graphic designer and web master who joined Woody Bibens & Associates directly out of college five years ago (she, like Sarah, is a University of Missouri graduate).  In keeping with the Go Tigers office theme, our newest staff person, Katie (who happens to be Sarah’s youngest daughter), joined Woody Bibens & Associates 9 months ago following her graduation with an MBA degree from MU.  She works with our not-for-profit clients but you’ll start seeing her at various events and meetings this spring as she begins to help out on the for-profit management and design side as well.  Emily breaks the trend a bit and does not have a Mizzou degree but rather a Masters degree in Management from the University of Cambridge in Cambridge, England.  She does, however, keep with the family tradition and is Sarah’s oldest daughter – and, consequently, grew up in the company.  Having been with Woody Bibens & Associates for 2 years, she focuses on the for-profit consulting side of the company and is heavily involved with our clients interested in the renewable energy supply chain as well as planning the progressive “green” education on stormwater management and green infrastructure for the horticulture industry trade show and educational event.
