As a progressive management, design, and consulting firm, we are the people small and mid-size business owners turn to when they need advice and recommendations, projects managed, web sites and graphics enhanced, an outside opinion, or someone to help guide the company through a period of change.  They turn to us because of our experience, our education, our intellectual curiosity, and our impartial advice.  More importantly, they turn to us because we work hard and efficiently, are organized, and understand that the big goals cannot be achieved without a focus on the details.  Because we question the status quo, seek always to improve, tackle each problem or project with a “figure it out” attitude, focus on the entire company and its long-term strategy, and maintain integrity and confidentiality.

Founded in 1989, Woody Bibens and Associates is a management, design, and consulting firm in Kansas City, Missouri.  We operate out of an innovative virtual office with staff located throughout Missouri and have successfully worked with clients throughout the Midwest.  Sarah Woody Bibens, the original founder and continued owner and manager of the company is joined by Emily Woody Bibens and Lisa Kliethermes to form a diverse, knowledgeable team.  We have degrees in journalism, business, and English from the University of Missouri and William Jewell College and a Masters degree in management from the University of Cambridge, England.  Our education, more than twenty years of experience, and the high value we place in our traditions of integrity, hard-work, and efficiency ensure that you are working with a knowledgeable and progressive team.

Our sustainability services division specializes in consulting for companies who are a part of or working to be in the renewable energy supply chain.  We know that working in a new, progressive industry requires a professional, informative website design and marketing effort and requires the clear, focused business practices to support the endeavor.  We advise and can project manage branding efforts, such as a website design and graphic design work, and the business structure and process changes needed to ensure that the company is a serious competitor in the sustainable energy industry. 

Our management services division specializes in working to make your organization operate more effectively, efficiently, and successfully, helping to position your company to compete successfully in the future. We provide the impartial business advice and recommendations necessary to improve business processes and structure.  We focus on long-term business strategy and how to help a company in the short-term to prepare it for the long-term.  We look at trade-offs, what needs to be cut back or eliminated to free the resources necessary for what needs to be improved and implemented.  We look at the composite picture of the company; the business processes and structure but also the marketing, management, personnel, and strategic decisions of the company.  We enhance and implement websites and website design, Web 2.0 technologies, graphic design, and branding strategies to mutually complement company processes, structure, and culture.  We can offer business advice but more importantly, we can project manage these changes.  We can discuss with you where you want to be and how to get there and then we can get you there.
