Woody Bibens & Associates is a small company that thinks big! Our culture is one of “can do” perfectionism. We’re dedicated to our clients and we’re incredibly determined. We work locally, nationally and internationally and bring the experience, education and determination necessary to help our clients succeed regardless of geographic scope.

Guiding our work is our belief that “good enough” is never satisfactory. We believe that everything can be improved over time and that the most important aspect of our job is to always seek ways for companies to continually improve. In addition to working with successfully managed, strong companies, we also enjoy change management projects and working to radically reposition companies and not-for-profits to help ensure relevancy and success in the coming years and decades.

Sarah founded the company 23 years ago and brings a vast amount of experience and management skills to the team. Emily has a Masters degree in Management from the University of Cambridge in Cambridge, England and has been with Woody Bibens & Associates for 3 years.
