We're dedicated to our clients and are proud of our long-term relationships with our clients. We work locally, nationally and internationally and bring the experience, education and determination necessary to help our clients succed regardless of geographic scope.
Guiding our work is our belief that "good enough" is never satisfactory. We believe that everything can be improved over time and that the most important aspect of our job is to always seek ways for organizations to continually improve. In addition to working with successfully managed, strong organizations, we enjoy change management projects and working to reposition organizations to help ensure relevancy and success in the coming years and decades.
Sarah founded the company 23 years ago and brings a vast amount of experience and management skills to the team. Emily has a Masters degree in Management from the University of Cambridge in Cambridge, England. She has been with Woody Bibens & Associates for 3 years and brings a solid understanding of management best practices.
We maintain professional affiliations in the Greater Kansas City Area Chamber of Commerce, the American Wind Energy Association, the American Society of Association Executives, Nonprofit Connect (Kansas City) and Women of Wind Energy.
